At Ali Fast Towing, we strive to provide fast, reliable, and professional towing and roadside assistance services. This Payment & Refund Policy outlines our payment requirements and refund guidelines.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept:

  • Credit Cards

  • Debit Cards

  • Mobile Payments (where available)

Prices may vary depending on:

  • Vehicle type

  • Distance traveled

  • Time of service

  • Recovery complexity

  • Roadside assistance requirements

Final pricing will be communicated before service whenever possible.

Cancellation Policy

If a service request is canceled after a driver has been dispatched, a cancellation fee may apply.

If the driver has already arrived on-site, the full service fee may be charged.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payments

  • Billing errors

  • Services not performed as agreed

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of service.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear.

Non-Refundable Services

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Completed towing services

  • Completed roadside assistance services

  • Lockout services

  • Jump-start services

  • Tire changes

  • Fuel delivery services

  • Winch-out and recovery services
